Swedish Glee Club of Lake County to host Yule Dinner and Concert Dec. 8

Enjoy a traditional Swedish Yule Dinner (a Julmiddag) and concert from the Swedish Glee Club of Lake County starting at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8, at Chevy Chase Country Club, 1000 N. Milwaukee Ave, Wheeling.

The Julbord will feature traditional Swedish dishes: Swedish meatballs and sausages, carved ham, smoked salmon and herring, lingonberry sauce, and many other treats. The vibrant sound of the Swedish Glee Club under the direction of Jen Wagner will complete the Swedish Jul experience with traditional holiday songs in Swedish and in English.

The deadline for reservations is Friday, Nov. 29. Tickets, dinner and concert are $50 for adults and $15 for Children 12 and under.
