Injuries in Schaumburg crash not life-threatening
A crash near the intersection of Higgins Road and National Parkway in Schaumburg sent one person to the hospital Thursday just before 6 p.m., according to Schaumburg police Sgt. Karen McCartney. The victim was taken to Alexian Brothers Medical Center with injuries that were not life-threatening, McCartney said.
