Learn to arrange dried flowers at Volo Bog event

A dried prairie flower arranging event will be held from 12:30 to 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, at Volo Bog State Natural Area, 28478 W. Brandenburg Road, Ingleside. Using native prairie plants from the gardens around the Visitor Center, naturalist Stacy Iwanicki will guide each participant in creating a piece for home decor. The Friends of Volo Bog will supply all necessary materials except the vessel in which to arrange. Any size goes from small tabletop to a big piece for the front porch.
