One hurt in Spring Grove crash

One person was injured in a crash Thursday night on Route 12 in Spring Grove, officials said.

Two cars collided east of Sunset Road on Route 12 shortly before 6 p.m., according to the Spring Grove Fire Department.

The injured person was taken to Northwestern Medicine McHenry Hospital in McHenry with nonlife-threatening injuries, according to the fire department.
