Adopt-A-Road event Tuesday in Ingleside

Adults and kids 10 years and older with a responsible adult can join the effort to keep Brandenburg Road near Volo Bog State Natural Area clear of debris from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29.

All equipment will be provided. New Adopt-a-Road volunteers must register by calling (815) 344-1294 or emailing dnr.volobog@illinois.gov and plan to arrive by 8:45 a.m. for paperwork and safety orientation. Meet in the parking lot behind the visitors center, 28478 W. Brandenburg Road, Ingleside.
