Celebrate Oktoberfest in Island Lake

Island Lake officials will host an Oktoberfest celebration Oct. 4.

Activities will run from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. at Water Tower Park, which is on Route 176 east of River Road. Music, games, craft for kids and more are planned.

German food and beer will be available.
