West Chicago man pleads guilty in child porn case

A West Chicago man pleaded guilty Wednesday to possession of child pornography.
Carlos Bucio, 30, remains free on bond.
He is due to be sentenced Oct. 31.
Bucio pleaded guilty to one count of child pornography, for a computer video advertised as depicting an 11-year-old girl performing a sex act.
He had been charged with five other counts, alleging he possessed video files with titles that included phrases such as "PTHC" (preteen hard-core) in their titles. Those charges were dropped in exchange for his plea.
He was arrested in January 2017 by the DuPage County Sheriff Department's Sexual Predator Electronic Exploitation Detective Unit.
Bucio lives in the 1S100 block of Joliet Road.
