Leasing begins at Westwood in Lisle

LISLE - The Westwood at 2441 and 2443 Warrenville Road in Lisle, recently kicked off major renovations and leasing activity.

The 300,000 square foot Class A property currently has about 150,000 square feet available for lease, including large blocks, small spaces, high floors with balconies, and first floor space for tenants requiring easy access.

The building's landlord, Briar Meads Capital, hired architects and designers Wright Heerema Architects with JC Anderson Construction Chicago to conduct a full-scale renovation, including a new and expanded cafe, fitness center, conference center, tenant lounge featuring a fireplace, and complete lobby makeovers. Renderings are available now with an expected completion by the end of the year.
