Volunteer Opportunities at House of Hope Resale New and Vintage Treasures

Volunteers are being sought to assist at the House of Hope Resale New and Vintage Treasurers, 955 S. Rand Road, Lake Zurich.

"People volunteer for a variety of reasons," said House of Hope manager Lynn Keats-Service. "But volunteers at the House of Hope Resale shop volunteer to help support the Hope Ministries mission."

Hope Ministries is a ministry within Barrington's St. Anne Catholic Community with a mission to help individuals and families in crisis, regardless of faith. Assistance may come in the form of food, clothing, medical aid, transportation, shelter or utility support.

All money raised at the shop helps support the Barrington-area community and assists individuals, families, and other organizations helping the poor, marginalized or disenfranchised.

"We couldn't help those in need without volunteer help at the store," said Keats-Service. "Volunteers are critical to our success."
