Equality today
It has become increasingly evident that the Declaration of Independence has been amended. I'm not sure exactly when this happened, but anyone who follows our president on Twitter will surely notice the change. The document on which our country was established apparently now reads as follows: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal. Except for Muslims. And Hispanics. And Blacks. And women. And, well, let's just admit it, anyone who isn't a white Anglo-Saxon male."
To paraphrase George Orwell, all men are created equal. But some men are more equal than others.
