Wauconda High School alumnus joins village's police force

Wauconda's newest police officer, Mike Nardulli, was publicly introduced this week.

Nardulli, 23, is a homegrown product for the department, having graduated from Wauconda High School. He previously worked as an officer for the University of Illinois at Chicago.

He was sworn in during Monday's village board meeting and began work later in the week.
