Illinois providers and consumers of CountyCare Cook County Health's Medicaid program, CountyCare, testified in support of the plan last night at President Preckwinkle's 2020 preliminary budget forecast hearing of the Cook County Budget. Some 316,000 low income Cook County residents have relied on CountyCare for their health insurance.
