Chipotle is honoring the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team, including Chicago Red Stars player Julie Ertz, as the team plays in the FIFA Women's World Cup final game Sunday, with some special offers. Order the Julie Ertz Salad (brown rice, black beans, half steak, half chicken, fajita veggies, extra roasted chili corn salsa, lettuce and chipotle-honey vinaigrette) for $8; the Lindsey Horan Salad (black beans, chicken, extra fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, tomatillo green-chili salsa, roasted chili corn salsa and guac) for $9; and the Rose Lavelle Bowl (brown rice, black beans, chicken, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili corn salsa, lettuce and a side of guac) for $9. Michael Jordan's Restaurant in Oak Brook is going all out for its second anniversary. Chef Gary Baca has crafted a special $46 prix fixe menu that will be available throughout July. Choose a soup or salad (tomato soup, mixed greens or a wedge); one steak (Prime Delmonico, American Wagyu Striploin, Bone-in Rib-eye and more) with a choice of fries, mashed potatoes or vegetable of the day; and one dessert (Key lime pie or chocolate cake with porter-caramel sauce, popcorn and bacon). Who doesn't love a deal? It's dollar deal time at Blackberry Market, a fast-casual cafe and bakery in Glen Ellyn and La Grange. First up is a $1 chocolate chip cookie on Monday, July 8, followed by $1 half almond butter and jam sandwich on Tuesday, July 9. On Wednesday, July 10, it's $1 half farmhouse scramble until 11:30 a.m. and on Thursday, July 11, it's $1 market side (or a discounted market side trio for $7). Start Friday, July 12, with a $1 drip or iced coffee and Saturday, July 13, you won't want to miss $1 full-sized cinnamon rolls.

In time for summer, Texas de Brazil recently added two new seasonal menu items - the spicy picanha (a top-sirloin cut with a spicy rub) and the Santa Fe Brazilian Salad (featuring Brazilian hearts of palm) - that will be available through Sept. 30. Also, you can make a difference with a sweet ending. Throughout July, one dollar from every dessert - flan, Brazilian papaya cream, cheesecake, pecan pie, carrot cake, coconut chess pie, Key lime pie and more - sold at the restaurant will be donated to the American Red Cross Service To The Armed Forces.
