Lovisa to open first Chicago-area store in Woodfield

The first Chicago-area location of international jewelry retailer Lovisa is expected to open in late summer at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg.

This will be Lovisa's first U.S. location outside a small number of stores in Florida, Texas and California.

An average 150 new jewelry styles are delivered to stores every week, and in-store stylists provide advice on current trends and personalized styling techniques.

"We strive to continually elevate the Woodfield Mall shopping experience with first-to-market concepts that resonate with our core customer," said Woodfield Mall General Manager Laurie Van Dalen. "Lovisa is a perfect fit for the mall's fashion-savvy shopper."

Lovisa will be in the mall's lower level Nordstrom wing, between The Body Shop and White House Black Market.
