Surprise Retirement Assembly

St. Emily students, faculty and staff surprised retiring Principal Mary Hemmelman with a farewell assembly Friday, May 24.

Students presented cards, gifts, prayers, poems, and songs in recognition of Mrs. Hemmelman's 15 years as Principal. The event organizers also presented a slideshow of memories.

To end the assembly, Capannari ice cream presented the school with a check for its 2019 First Place Win in the annual Coolest School competition.
