Join the Mt. Prospect Parks Foundation on Thursday, May 9 from 6-8 pm for a special fundraiser. For just $30 you can skip the line and enjoy raffles, light appetizers and a cash bar while supporting the fundraising arm of the Mt. Prospect Park District.

This exclusive pre-sale offers freedom from the 300+ person line that wraps around the conservatory before doors open on sale day. Get first pick of the lush and healthy plants, annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, herbs, veggies, succulents and more. The stunning green setting of the Friendship Park Conservatory offers much inspiration for your home garden. A Master Gardener is on site to answer all of your questions.

Friendship Park Conservatory is located at 395 West Algonquin Road in Des Plaines and is a facility of the Mt. Prospect Park District. The public plant sale takes place on Saturday, May 11 from 9 to 3.

Established in 1997, the Mt. Prospect Parks Foundation is a not-for-profit organization. Its purpose is to enhance the quality of parks, facilities and recreation opportunities by raising funds through tax deductible donations. Recently, the Foundation pledged $40,000 toward a new electronic sign at Friendship Park Conservatory.
