Wistron Mobile Solutions subleases space in Schaumburg

SCHAUMBURG - Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate recently represented Wistron Mobile Solutions Corp. in its sublease of a 14,891 square foot office space at 953 American Lane Schaumburg.

Wistron Mobile Solutions is an international information and communication products and services company.

Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate President Randy Olczyk and Senior Vice President Ray Okigawa represented Wistron Mobile Solutions in the transaction. Brian Borkan of BKB Commercial represented Sub-Lessee Group Administrators, LTD. There remains one sublease space of 6,246 square feet still available within the building.
