Issue questions
What are the most important issues facing your community and how do you intend to address them?
As a realtor in Buffalo Grove for the last 10 years I've seen that our community needs more smart development to attract more people to move there to build our town center and increase economic growth, community ties and property values.
What makes you the best candidate for the job?
With over 10 years of real estate experience I am constantly in contact with hundreds of buffalo grove residents a year and negotiating on behalf of our local sellers to support their needs.
Describe your leadership style and explain how you think that will be effective in producing actions and decisions with your village board.
My leadership style is inclusive and working together with others. In my real estate business we have created an environment where other realtors want to work with our team because its a great experience. I think to make progress you have to challenge obstacles with smart and calculated changes.
How would you describe the condition of your community's budget, and what are the most important specific actions the town should take to assure providing the level of services people want?
I think Buffalo Grove has a sound budget and that just by making a few changes we can offer more services to our community, especially seniors and people with high level needs.
What's one good idea you have to better the community that no one is talking about yet?
Everyone is talking about redeveloping town center, but I want to take it a step further and use it for family and community involvement projects and activities.
