Irish cooking class at Vernon Hills library

A waiting list has been created for an upcoming cooking demonstration at the Aspen Drive Library in Vernon Hills that will feature traditional Irish dishes.

The Shamrock Chef program will feature chef Susan Maddox. It's set for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, at the library, 701 Aspen Drive.
