$100 for woman who works 'tirelessly' to help others

Today's recipient of a $100 bill through the Believe Project is Christine Murray of Warrenville. Here is an excerpt of her story:

"I have a friend, Cathy, who I would like to give $100. Knowing Cathy, she would give it all back to those in need.

"She works tirelessly for any charity or organization. She collects toiletries for our men and women in the armed services, coats for the needy for the Lions Club, toiletries and blankets for a women's shelter, works for Habitat for Humanity and collects baby clothes for expectant moms. The list is endless.

"She is truly a giving, caring, phenomenal woman."

• The Believe Project is awarding at least $100 each day in December to people with good ideas for how to use the money to do a good deed for someone else.
