Island Lake board to talk police issues

The Island Lake village board will hold a special meeting Tuesday to discuss promoting an officer to sergeant, police regulations and other issues.

The meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. at village hall, 3720 Greenleaf Ave., and it's open to the public.
