Schaumburg holiday concerts set for Dec. 15

Schaumburg's Presto! Holiday Concert will be at 3 and 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, at the village's Al Larson Prairie Center for the Arts, 201 Schaumburg Court.

Three accomplished youth ensembles - Schaumburg Children's Chorus, Schaumburg Youth Symphony Orchestra and Schaumburg Youth Choir - combine talents to create a heartwarming program of seasonal classical works and holiday favorites.

The award-winning youth orchestra has delighted audiences at Chicago's Symphony Center and overseas in Europe and Asia, while the choral ensembles have sung for the Chicago Bulls, Harlem Globetrotters and throughout the Chicago area.

Together, these young artists use their skills to create warmth in this one-of-a-kind holiday program.

Tickets for Presto! Holiday Concert are $24 ($12 for seniors/students) and can be purchased online at prairiecenter.org or by calling (847) 895-3600.
