Lavelle Law Grows Firm with the Addition of Two New Attorneys

Schaumburg-based Lavelle Law has welcomed attorneys Matthew Case and Roman Perchyts to the firm. With these new additions, the firm is now home to 29 attorneys.

Matthew Case joins Lavelle Law's Taxation, Estate Planning and Administration, and Business practice groups after serving as a law clerk with the firm. A graduate of the University of Michigan and Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Case is excited to start serving the community he's been working with for the past year and a half.

"I became an attorney to help people," said Case. "I admire Lavelle Law's commitment to quality service and exceptional work. My goal as an attorney is to provide my clients with peace of mind knowing they have a trusted advocate who makes their needs a priority."

Roman Perchyts brings a unique background to the firm having been raised and educated in Ukraine before receiving his LL.M. and J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law. Perchyts will work with clients on business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property issues such as copyright and trademark protection, trade secrets, and patent consulting. He will also be contributing to the Banking, Securities, and Taxation practice groups.

"I am firmly committed to seeing my clients succeed, whether in the start-up phase, or as an established entity looking to expand," said Perchyts. "The business and financial aspects of operating a company can be wrought with legal issues and the team at Lavelle Law works together to alleviate those concerns."

"We're very excited to have both of these talented attorneys join our firm," said Managing Partner, Ted McGinn. "We've grown quite a bit in the last year, and with these new additions, we're going to be able to help more clients, across a wider range of issues, than ever before."

Lavelle Law's main office is in Schaumburg with an additional office in the Chicago Loop. The firm was founded in 1989 as a single attorney practice with an emphasis on tax law. The firm has added more than a dozen practice groups including Estate Planning, Business Law, Litigation, Criminal Defense, Immigration, Divorce and Family Law, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, and Law Practice Consulting. The firm has received numerous awards and commendations for its business success and commitment to ethics, national recognition for its pro bono services, and multiple acknowledgements of the charitable work it provides in local communities.
