Genuine Scooters adds first motorcycle
Chicago-based Genuine Scooters last week entered the motorcycle arena with the release of its G400C motorcycle.
"Genuine Scooters has built its reputation selling high-quality scooters that are both affordable and fun to ride," Dorothy Hanley, president of Genuine Scooters, said in a news release. "We're hoping to achieve that same reputation as we enter a new two-wheeled segment with the launch of the Genuine G400C motorcycle."
The Genuine G400C has a suggested retail price of $4,599. It features a 397-cubic-centimeter, fuel-injected engine and five-speed transmission on a classically retro designed body.
Weighing 353 pounds, the motorcycle boasts 26 horsepower to reach a top speed of 80 mph and fuel efficiency of 70 miles per gallon.
Genuine Scooters offers numerous accessorization options and a two-year/24,000 mile warranty and roadside assistance program, supported by a network of 240 authorized dealers across the country.
