The 20-year-old was assigned to the USS Oklahoma, which sank during the attack. The ship was raised in 1943, and the bodies, including Jacobson's, are buried in a mass grave in the Punch Bowl Cemetery in Hawaii, Smyth said. Recent advancements in DNA technology make it possible the bodies can be identified for proper burial, he said. Refreshments will be served. For more information, email ChaRenehan@aol.com.
