Signal Hill, NSDAR Opens Free Genealogy Workshop to the Public Dec 5 in Lake Zurich

Do you suspect that you have an American Revolutionary War Patriot in your family tree? The Signal Hill Chapter, NSDAR, of Barrington, is pleased to sponsor a free genealogy research workshop at ELA Area Library in Lake Zurich on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 from 6:30- 8:00p.m. Members of the chapter will share research techniques, and work one on one with attendees who want to learn more about their ancestral tree.

Please bring information about your most recent three generations, e.g., yourself, your parents, and your grandparents, along with a laptop or tablet, or some other means of capturing the research being done. Simple charts and handouts regarding research techniques will be available.
