Become a Library Board Member at Cook Memorial Public Library District

Trustees are required to:

- Attend monthly Board meetings and periodic Committee meetings at the library

- Participate in the decision-making process for the library district

Candidate Nominating Packets can be picked up at from the Administration Office at the Cook Park Library location, 413 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville, IL. Nominees must reside withing the library district, and be at least 18 years of age.

Completed Packets must be filed back at the same location above, between Monday, December 10 and Monday, December 17, 2018 during regular business hours of 9 am to 5 pm.
