Signal Hill, NSDAR Co-Hosting November Library Event

The Signal Hill, NSDAR, Barrington area chapter, in concert with Ela Area Library in Lake Zurich, will co-host a commemorative education event on Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. The nationally acclaimed speaker and historian, Barry Bradford, will lecture on the reality of World War I in Europe, the foreshadowing of nationalism leading to World War II by Germany, and how America was forever changed in policy and practice. Signal Hill, NSDAR, is a philanthropic organization, that raises funds throughout the year and distributes to 501 (c) (3) organizations, supporting the national organization's mission of education, historic preservation, patriotism, conservation, and Native American issues. The chapter was founded in 1972, and is dedicated to preserving history, promoting patriotism, conservation and historic awareness in our community, and securing America's future through better education for children.
