'Gift' to suburbs

What Rahm Emmanuel has done for the suburbs: Well, to name one important impact to all suburban residents one way or another is the cost of Lake Michigan water. We still need to filter or buy water due to the chemical odor.

I think we are not only paying for our infrastructure but Chicago's as well. We used to pay $15 every two months including sewer, now our family of two pays $52 a month.
