Maple Street Lofts Neighborhood Meeting: September 19

Mount Prospect Developer/Builder Nicholas and Associates is unveiling concept plans for the Maple Street Lofts project on Wednesday, September 19 from 5:00 to 8:00pm at Mrs. P and Me (100 E. Prospect Ave, Mount Prospect). The developer is seeking public input on the project, which consists of the redevelopment of the former Parenti Raffaelli Architectural Millwork business and the Maple Street commuter parking lot in downtown Mount Prospect. The property is located at the southeast corner of Prospect Avenue and Maple Street.

The Maple Street Lofts is a mixed-use transit oriented development on a six-acre downtown site located within the Prospect & Main TIF district.

A second neighborhood meeting is planned at the recently completed Nicholas & Associates development, Buckingham Place, in neighboring Des Plaines on Wednesday, October 10 from 5:00-7:00pm.

Detailed information about the Maple Street Lofts project will be posted on the Village web site during the event at www.mountprospect.org/transparency.
