Temple B'nai Israel sets High Holiday schedule

Temple B'nai Israel, 400 N. Edgelawn Drive in Aurora, has set its High Holiday services.

On Saturday, Sept. 1, join them the Selichot service, with the holiday gathering and program at 9 p.m. and the service at 10:15 p.m. Erev Rosh Hashanah will be at 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9.

Rosh Hashanah on Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 10-11, will include a Shacharit Service at 9 a.m., Torah Reading at 10:15 a.m., Shofar Blowing at 11:15 a.m., Sermon at 11:45 a.m. and Musaf at noon.

On Sept. 16, the Kever Avot Cemetery Memorial Service will be at 1 p.m. at Lincoln Memorial Park

On Sept. 18, the Erev Yom Kippur Service (Kol Nidre) will be at 9 a.m., Torah Reading at 10:15 a.m.,

Sermon at 11:30 a.m., Yizkor Service at noon, Musaf at 1 p.m., Mincha at 4:45 p.m., Neilah at 6:15 p.m.

Shofar Blowing/ Havdalah at 7:38 p.m., with Break-the-Fast immediately after.
