Sound familiar?

I recently attended a presentation on leadership. One of the least desirable styles discussed was a leader who seeks to develop a "cult of personality." This type of leadership is demonstrated when a leader uses mass media (tweeting), propaganda (fake news claims and lies), arts (sports NFL), patriotism ("make America great again"), demonstrations (political rallies) all in an effort to create an idealized, heroic image of himself. Oh, yes, two last things: It was said that this type of leader has an unquenchable need for flattery and praise. Are you aware of anyone who may fits this image?
