Roundabout construction near Island Lake:

A section of Dowell Road near Island Lake will be closed starting Monday because of the roundabout construction project at River Road. Dowell will be closed from River to Forestwood Road through Aug. 15. Signs for a detour route will be posted. River Road will remain open during the project.
