Schneider to host fishing derby June 3 at Busse Woods

Cook County Commissioner Timothy O. Schneider will host his annual fishing derby Sunday, June 3, at Busse Woods Grove 25.

The event will take place from 9 a.m. until noon and is open to adults and children. This event is free but everyone must bring their own fishing gear. A fishing license will not be required to participate.

Busse Woods is off I-290 in Elk Grove Village. Take the Higgins Road exit heading east to the Busse Woods Forest Preserve parking entrance. Follow the road to Grove 25.
