Lakes d. Grayslake North: Connor Clowers had 11 kills, 7 digs and 1 block, and the Eagles outlasted the Knights 25-20, 21-25, 25-23 to improve to 12-15 and 7-2 in the Northern Lake County Conference.

Tyler Donovan dished out 27 assists and served 2 aces for the Eagles, who also got 9 kills from Clayton Nix. Eric Jones had 10 digs and 2 kills.

Grant d. North Chicago: The Bulldogs won the Northern Lake County match 25-13, 19-25, 25-20.

Ian Fox had 8 kills, 3 blocks and 2 aces for Grant. Derek Kolb contribued 6 kills, 2 blocks and 9 digs, and JP Gizowski dished out 25 assists. Garrett Seymour added 5 kills and 4 digs.

Grayslake Central d. Antioch: The Rams won 25-21, 25-22 in Northern Lake County action, as Austin Rockel had 9 kills and 2 aces.

Grayslake Central also got 5 kills from Ethan Bond and three apiece from Emmanuel Eugene and Cameron Tonkery. Isaac had a pair of blocks, and Jameson Loeffler notched 11 digs. Steve Reinoso and Javier Ortiz distributed 10 and 9 assists, respectively, for the Rams (12-14, 7-2).
