The pond at Friendship Village Schaumburg was the site of a fishing derby last week. Residents of the senior living community hosted approximately two dozen students from Schaumburg High School's Fishing Club. The smiles on the faces of all the participants were almost as big as some of the catches! The residents are hoping for a return visit of their fellow fishermen.
