Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group brokers were recognized for 2017 sales achievement at the national Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Sales Convention held in San Antonio, TX, March 4-6, 2018.
From the Park Ridge office, Kathy O'Sullivan and Tomas Sumsky received the Chairman's Circle Gold Award, placing them among the top 2% of agents in the national network. Eileen O'Grady Newell received the President's Circle Award, placing her among the top 5% of agents in the national network. Kathy DiValerio and Jennifer Rabito received the Leading Edge Award placing them among the top 9% of brokers in the national network. Heidi Mergenthaler, Patricia Huston, Timothy Shea, Fariba Rezaian, Lynda Castelli, Jill O'Malley, Liza Loza and Charlene Caruso Bartels received the Honor Society Award placing them among the top 15% of brokers in the national network. All awards were given in recognition of exceptional sales achievement in 2017.
In additional office awards, Kathy O'Sullivan and Tomas Sumsky received the award for the team with the Most Listings, Most Units and Highest GCI (Gross Commission Income). Eileen O'Grady Newell received the award for the Largest Sale and Highest GCI as an individual agent. Kathy DiValerio received the award for the Most Units as an individual agent. The Park Ridge Office Rising Star Award was given to Vanessa Wyllie and the KoenigRubloff Award for Team Spirit as voted on by her Park Ridge office colleagues went to Barb Bellinaso.
A Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group awards ceremony and event with food, cocktails and dancing was held on March 21 at Loews Hotel in Chicago, Illinois.
