Boys volleyball

Carmel d. Joliet Catholic: Carmel moved to 16-7 on the season and 3-1 in East Suburban Catholic Conference play with a 25-23, 25-22 sweep of Joliet Catholic.

Mike Scott and Jackson Ptasienski led the way with 7 kills apiece. Scott also had 3 blocks and Ptasienski had 4 digs.

Shayne Henderson had 9 digs and Austin James had 23 assists.
