Work under way on Schaumburg City Works restaurant

With spring finally here, work has begun in earnest to transform the long vacant Living Room building just in front of the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg into a new location of the City Works restaurant chain.

Three other restaurants are expected to be built in front of the Hyatt, but will be entirely new structures enabled by the replacement of the stormwater detentions basins along Golf Road with underground detention.
