Mount Prospect Village Hall to close Friday

The National Weather Service has predicted overnight snowfalls on Thursday of 6-10 inches, with snow expected to continue during the daytime on Friday for a total accumulation of 10-14 inches.

Mount Prospect Village Hall will be closed to the public on Friday, Feb. 9.

This is to ensure the safety of village hall employees and help keep unnecessary traffic off the roads. The Community Connections Center at 1711 W. Algonquin Road will also be closed.

The Saturday, Feb. 10, Coffee with the Council will also be cancelled.

Public works, police and Fire will have personnel coverage during this weather event. Regular village hall Hours are anticipated to resume Monday, Feb. 12. For the latest information, go to the Village Website at mountprospect.org.
