Register for Camp Adler: Art, Broadway, Ukulele, Architecture, & More

Registration for the David Adler Music and Arts Center's popular summer day camps begins January 29th. Creative kids ages 5 - 11 can create their own full or half-day schedule from a wide variety of art, music, and drama classes. Junior Counselors (grades 7 - 10) learn important skills while participating in advanced music, drama, and art classes of their own.

For musicians ages 7 - 15, Chamber Music Camp gives young musicians the opportunity to play, intensively with their peers, and to be taught by professional classical musicians.

Camp Adler

June 11 - 29 and July 9 - 27

Ukulele. Broadway. Bucket Band. Improv! Architects Ahead. Fashion Finders. Art Experiments. Camp Adler is the camp for youth (ages 5-11) to explore music, drama, and art. Campers explore current interests and develop new ones as they build their own schedule from a variety of exciting art, music, and drama classes. Days are filled with classes, and plenty of time to play and meet new friends. Two sessions: June Full-day and half-day options and extended care are available. Chamber Music Camp

August 6 - 10

Work with professional musicians in this one-week camp designed for young musicians (ages 7-15) who want to play as an ensemble. Musicians are placed in chamber groups according to age and ability. Receive individual instruction, daily performance opportunities, and present an end-of-camp concert for families and friends. One Session only, August 6 - 10.

A home for the arts since 1918, the Adler Center is located in the historic home of architect David Adler, and is dedicated to making music and the arts an integral part of everyday life. Its year-round activities are designed to foster engagement and achievement in the arts for the people of Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.
