Why remember Hitler?

Why would someone at the Woodland Middle School want to bring back memories of Hitler after so many years of the war? Let it go and don't aggravate the thousands of Jews who suffered so much who remember the war and Hitler. My memories go back to the year of 1939 when the German army occupied my country, Czechoslovakia. I was 13 years old and remember the day when I was arrested by the Gestapos in 1942 and held for months in prison. Too sad to remember. Why would someone want to remember Hitler and give children some assignment of Hitler they don't know? Why not Santa Claus? We have enough of politicians. Why Hitler? Let him go.
