Turnabout for Democrats

The Democrats are complaining that they didn't have time to read the new revised tax bill. In the Obama era, the speaker of the House stated on camera that you have to pass the health care bill to find out what's in it. On TV, there didn't seem to be many Democrats there at the passing.
