Woman charged with prostitution at Warrenville spa

A Naperville woman has been charged with prostitution following a joint investigation by Warrenville police and the DuPage County sheriff's office at the Sunlight Spa, 29W701 Butterfield Road, Unit 101.

In addition to prostitution, Yanfang Pan, 47, of the 200 block of Fiala Woods Court, was cited for failing to prominently post a price list placard, knowingly publishing a deceptive advertisement, and locking a public access door, authorities said.

The maximum penalty for a prostitution conviction is 364 days in county jail and a $1,500 fine.

Warrenville will hold an administrative hearing on the spa's business license to determine whether it should be revoked or suspended.
