Unbelievable bail in fatal crash

This is in reference to your Oct. 19 article concerning a fatal car crash. This person chose to drive 135 mph and rear-ended a car. The female occupant died after the car burst into flames and could not be rescued.

I couldn't believe the bond was set at $150,000. To let this person out on bail after posting $15,000 is ludicrous. I'm surprised that MADD has not been mentioned in any subsequent articles. Why was a judicial review not ordered for this ruling?

I hope the next time this judge is up for election this story is brought up. The public needs to know if this judge deserves to be retained on the bench.
