Senior strollers invited to holiday party Thursday

Each month, Forest Preserve District naturalists lead a hike as part of our "Senior Stroll" program series. Along the walk, attendees learn about the natural and cultural history of the area.

For the year-end gathering, join a holiday party from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, Dec. 7, at the Barbara Belding Lodge at Brewster Creek, 6N921 Route 25, St. Charles. Bring a store-bought holiday dish to pass. They will share food, fellowship and festivities at this annual Senior Stroll tradition.

These nature programs are free. Registration is not required.
