Brighten up a dingy bath
I have been trying for 20 years to remodel my bathroom, which has the only tub in the house.
Every time I had a plan, my husband lost a job or we had a major expense and we could not spend the money. Now my daughter is engaged, so any money I wanted to use for a much needed remodel is going for the wedding fund.
The mold in the grout seams is not healthy. As much as I try to clean it, I cannot make it go away. Thank you for your consideration for my bathroom.

As Iris points out, there is a mold issue in the seams of her tub that will not go away. The shower doors easily collect water and facilitate mold growth. The plumbing, as well, can definitely use an update.
Suggestions
• We would replace the tub with a new acrylic tub that is mildew-free.
• Our new acrylic wall system can change the color to something lighter to brighten up the bathroom.
• We would install a new faucet in either chrome or brushed nickel.
• we would remove the shower doors and install a curved shower rod.
