See more than 150 handcrafted scarecrows at the 32nd Annual St. Charles Scarecrow Festival at Main and 4th streets and along the riverfront in downtown St. Charles. The event also includes music, the Autumn on the Fox arts and crafts show, a carnival, a petting zoo, Sunday bike ride, food and more. Haunting drama: Get in the Halloween spirit early as Joseph Zettelmaier concludes his horror trilogy with a werewolf tale titled "The Man-Beast," about a mysterious animal that has terrorized the French countryside.
