Even stand in own living room for anthem
I lived in another country for a few years. I stood for the US National Anthem every time it came on the TV there. I still stand in my own living room.
I cannot condone the kneeling by the protesting athletes. However, I do understand their using their privileged positions to protest injustice.
I think the locking of arms to support every team member is classy. I also respect the one Steelers player who stood at attention with his hand over his heart. That was brave.
