Criticisms of township trustee were unfair

I was disappointed at your recent editorial vilifying Mrs. Koshaba, who is a trustee at Elk Grove Township. She is known to us for many years and you will never meet a more honest and trustworthy person.

She is mother of six, grandmother of eight and has been a wonderful wife to our dear friend. She served in Rotary and Kiwanis and taught religious education at Queen of the Rosary and St. Julian's. She serves on committees and has always been selfless and helpful to all she knows.

In addition to this, she built her own business and is well regarded in the business community. She has always been a conservative voice in the township regarding funds and we regard her highly.
